Sales Terms

Payments

Invoices are due and payable on a net 30 days basis. Orders will only be processed for accounts which are in good standing with current balances. All orders are subject to main office approval. M.A.G. International allows itself to reject an order, for any reason, at any given time. M.A.G. International may at its discretion, request payment for any order in advance or concurrent with the shipment of an order. All credit card payments are subject to 3% service charge when made over 30 days of date of invoice.

Use of Products

Orders are intended for the use of the purchaser exclusively, for resale in shops/stores or offices listed on the opening order. M.A.G. International reserves the right to discontinue business with any customer (s) it determines to have diverted product to other retail/wholesale outlets.

Claims

Any claim must be reported to M.A.G. International – Customer Service – within 5 working days of receipt of merchandise. Damaged cartons received from a carrier must be refused or reported to carrier, in writing, immediately upon receipt of goods.

Returns

Returns must be approved in advance by M.A.G. International and be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number written on the package. Returns are accepted and processed for guarantee only. Credit Notes will be issued for any authorized returns and applied on future purchases. Credits may not be use to pay off an account balance. No cash refunds under any circumstances. Returns shipped to M.A.G. International must be insured and shipped at the customer’s expense, otherwise the return package will be refused.  Product may not be exchanged if an account is on past due status (60 days). Frames cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective by reason of manufacturing defect.  M.A.G. International reserves the right to assess restocking charges on all returns not in resalable condition as follows:

  • Missing demo lenses (pair) 5,00$
  • Missing case 10,00$
  • Damaged front 50% of frame value
  • Damaged temples (pair) 50% 0f frame value
